Refund & Cancellation Policy

A legal disclaimer

At Kintsugi Beauty, all appointments are reserved exclusively for you. As a small, appointment-based business, we require clear policies to protect our time and ensure fairness to all clients.

Deposits

  • A non-refundable deposit of 50% of the total treatment cost is required to secure all bookings.

  • Appointments are not confirmed until the deposit has been received.

  • Deposits are deducted from the total cost of your treatment on the day of your appointment.

Cancellations & Rescheduling

  • Clients may reschedule or amend their appointment up to 24 hours prior to the scheduled appointment time.

  • Requests made with less than 24 hours’ notice will result in the deposit being forfeited.

  • Rescheduling is subject to availability and must be arranged via Booksy or direct contact.

No-Shows & Late Arrivals

  • Failure to attend your appointment without notice will be classed as a no-show, and the deposit will be forfeited.

  • Clients arriving more than 15 minutes late may be treated as a no-show.

  • Where possible, we may offer to reschedule late arrivals; however, this depends on treatment length and availability and is not guaranteed.

Refunds

  • No refunds are offered once a treatment has been completed.

  • This applies to all services provided by Kintsugi Beauty.

Corrections & Adjustments

  • We are happy to offer complimentary corrections or adjustments within 7 days of your original appointment.

  • Clients must contact us directly to arrange a correction appointment.

  • If a client is unable to attend within this timeframe, we will make reasonable efforts to accommodate both parties, subject to availability.

  • Corrections do not apply where aftercare advice has not been followed.

Illness & Emergencies

  • In cases of illness or emergency, we will endeavour to accommodate rescheduling where possible.

  • Deposits remain non-refundable under all circumstances.

Gift Vouchers

  • Gift vouchers are available for purchase via Booksy or online.

  • All gift vouchers are non-refundable once purchased.

  • Vouchers may be subject to an expiry period as stated at the time of purchase.

Booking Platform

  • All appointments are managed via Booksy.

  • By booking an appointment with Kintsugi Beauty, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to this policy.
