Wheelchair Access

• Kintsugi Beauty operates from a private home studio in Belfast.

• The studio is wheelchair accessible via a ramp.

• Advance notice is required so we can make appropriate arrangements within the studio to ensure safe and comfortable access.

Appointments & Reasonable Adjustments

• Clients with accessibility requirements are asked to notify us prior to booking or as early as possible.

• Where reasonably possible, we will make adjustments to support access and comfort, including:

  • Preparing the studio layout

  • Allowing additional time for appointments

  • Adjusting treatment positioning where safe to do so

All adjustments are subject to treatment suitability and health and safety considerations.

Limitations

• While we aim to accommodate all clients, there may be circumstances where a treatment cannot be provided safely.

• Kintsugi Beauty reserves the right to decline or discontinue treatment where it would be unsafe or unsuitable to proceed.
